  My daughter and I were switching carriers and getting new phones. Will helped us with porting our numbers( which we were having an issue with), paying off our old phones and setting us up with the new phones. The customer service he provided was above and beyond what I expected. You don't find service like with every carrier.

  I’ve been to this location a few times for myself and adding my parents to my plan. The staff has always known what they were talking about and been very helpful. Out of the handful of locations I’ve been to this one has been the best by far. Better experience than any Verizon store I was in prior to switching!

  Will was awesome. He was very knowledgeable. He helped me save $80 switching from A&TT and also helped pay off my old phones! I will be reccommending everyone I know to the location specifically. They really care about their customers. Awesome work guys. See Will !!
